The item actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise! Since I had it wrapped as a gift, it wasn’t opened until my doctor received it. Unfortunately, I had paid for the satin liner, and it did not come with it. I reached out to the seller to explain what happened, and they responded quickly and handled the situation well. They took accountability for the mistake and refunded me for the satin liner portion as requested, which I really appreciated. Despite that issue, my doctor absolutely LOVED the scrub cap, it truly made her day! Overall, a positive experience with great customer service, and I would still consider purchasing again
