All Paradise Caps scrub caps are handmade and made to order.
Please allow 1–3 business days for production and order preparation before shipment. Some styles or prints may be available in limited ready-to-ship quantities depending on current stock. However, processing times remain the same, as availability may change at any time.

Domestic Orders (United States)
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.00. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and include handling time.
Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is available for faster delivery. Pricing and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Priority Mail Express
USPS Priority Mail Express is our fastest domestic shipping option. Delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Estimated delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. All international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Packaging
Each scrub cap is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and ready to wear.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Paradise Caps is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, the buyer must contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details or supporting documentation if needed.
