All four have a 100% cotton outer and are handmade in Florida; optional crown lining is polyester satin. They differ in how they fit and close. Surgical Tie-Back is a close skull-cap fit with back ties (short hair; the style we make for men). Euro has a relaxed crown with a back elastic and toggle (medium hair). Euro Plus is the Euro crown with long ribbon ties instead of elastic (medium-to-long or thick hair). Ponytail has an elastic pouch at the back for a ponytail, braids, or a bun, plus fabric ties (long hair).

The Ponytail cap: its elastic pouch holds a ponytail, braids, or a bun. If you prefer a cap without a pouch, choose the Euro Plus — it has a roomy crown and ribbon ties.

Ponytail. It has the most room of our four styles. If you prefer no pouch, the Euro Plus has a roomy crown with ribbon ties and works well for thick hair or a low bun.

The Surgical Tie-Back. It sits close to the head, ties at the back, and fits 21–25 inch head circumferences.

Same crown, different closure. Euro closes with a back elastic and toggle; Euro Plus closes with long ribbon ties, which lets you tie it snugger or looser and gives longer or thicker hair a bit more room.

Yes — the elastic pouch holds a low ponytail, braids, or a bun.

The outer fabric is 100% quilting-weight cotton. Optional crown lining is polyester satin, with a cotton forehead band. Custom caps made from your own fabric should also use quilting cotton.

Satin lining is offered across all four styles; select an available satin-lined option on the product page. The smooth lining inside the crown is polyester satin, not silk. The band that sits on your forehead stays cotton. We choose the lining color to coordinate with the print. Available finishes depend on the print and remaining stock.

Mask buttons are offered across all four styles; select an available button option on the product page. Two plastic side buttons hold compatible mask ear loops. Available finishes depend on the print and remaining stock.

Yes. Send us about half a yard of quilting cotton (smaller-scale prints look best) and we will sew it into any of our four styles, with or without satin lining and buttons. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm your fabric has arrived.

Yes. Order our Personalized Scrub Cap, choose the style, add-ons, and print, and leave your name, initials, or short text in the order note. The text is applied with a soft flock heat-transfer material (not embroidery). Personalized caps are made to order and cannot be returned.

All four styles fit head circumferences of 21–25 inches (53–64 cm). The Surgical Tie-Back is about 4 inches tall; Euro adjusts with a toggle, Euro Plus and Ponytail with ties.

Yes. It is worn by men and women; the fit is the same, only the prints differ.

All orders are processed in 1–3 business days before shipping. Delivery time is additional. US delivery usually takes 2–5 days after shipping; free US shipping on orders over $50. Available options are shown on each product page. Prints marked Last chance are limited to the remaining finished caps because the designer fabric has run out.

Yes. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days; duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and unwashed. Custom caps, personalized caps, and caps made from your fabric cannot be returned. We do not process direct exchanges — return the cap and place a new order.
