Handmade Scrub Caps from a Family Studio in Hollywood, Florida
We are Kate and Vlad, the family behind Paradise Caps. Since 2020 we have been sewing scrub caps for nurses, doctors, surgeons, dental and veterinary teams — first from a home studio, and since 2023 from our workshop in Hollywood, Florida. Every cap you see on this site is cut and sewn here.
How we make our caps
Every cap is cut and sewn in Florida by our small team — three seamstresses, a cutter, and a packer. Nothing is mass-produced or imported. We use 100% cotton fabric, and all four styles offer a smooth polyester satin lining inside the crown and two side buttons for mask loops as optional finishes. The forehead band stays cotton; available finishes depend on the print and remaining stock.
All orders are processed in 1–3 business days before shipping. Delivery time is additional. See our shipping policy for details. Have your own fabric? Send us half a yard of quilting cotton and we will sew it into any of our four styles.
Four styles, one fit range
- Surgical Tie-Back — short hair, close skull-cap fit, back ties. The style we make for men.
- Euro — medium hair, relaxed crown with a back elastic and toggle.
- Euro Plus — medium-to-long or thick hair, the Euro crown with long ribbon ties.
- Ponytail — long hair, braids, or a bun, with an elastic ponytail pouch and fabric ties.
All four styles fit head circumferences of 21–25 inches (53–64 cm). Satin lining, mask buttons, or both are offered across all four styles. Available options are shown on each product page.
